Do a v weight plus an OMS backplate. If you need more weight than that you are probably a huge fat slob and should not dive in the first place. Opps, there goes half the list. Try wearing the right dry suit - opps there goes the other half. Try using the right tanks - opps , there goes whoever is left. Try doing it right - oops , no list at all. I just gotta tel ya - it is so fucking easy to do it right, and most of you will never get it.
