   if the gasket is seated and clean from debris (sediment,sand,etc) then it
should seal fine.make sure there are no nicks in the gasket.you just might
not have seated it properly when reassembling it,which leaves me to ask "why
did you take it apart?".as for the innertube,i left the nylon sock in mine
when putting the innertube in place,innertube goes around nylong sock.i cut
a hole out for the hose.the innertube is a great idea,and anyone who owns
these wings should do it to protect them from being cut.my wings have
abrasions in the outer shell from restrictions,but the inside bladder is
flawless.ive heard of some guys having their wings last many years of
extreme diving with the innertube protecting them. - jt
