  Dr W - I thing the "suicide strap" reference is to when they only had one
reg, 
and it was strapped, or they were breathing that rag and had the other one 
stuffed somewhere, and got "strangled" by the strap.

  BTW, there is a picture on the cover of Sport Diver magazine showing one of 
the clearest cases of strokery possible. I did not open the mag to see who the 
lucky storke is, but he has a long hose stuffed, and then on a strap and is 
breathing it. This is known as dumbfuckery , and is strokery with extreme 
prejudice. Ther really are some dopes  out there. He aslso has a helmet with
his 
light head on it, is riding the sccoter wrong, and other blatent signs of 
stupidity. This may be the point of the article, but who knows. -G
