  Jeff, we see this in our kind of diving as well. In fact, this sounds lkke 
tryouts for the Deep Caving Team. The "anyone can dive" mentality is wrong. 
Jarrod fails them until or unless they can do it, while , based on what we see 
out there, most instructors pass them right away. Diving is not for everyone.
