if not earlier, cease and desist your unlicensed use of the Disney (all
bow) Name in connection with your scooter.

We already have a scooter licensed under the Disney (all bow) Name, which
bears the revered faces of Mickey, Minnie and Michael (Eisner). Michael's
face is on the footpad.

As partial payment for your flagrant violation of our copyright send your
rebreather, photographic gear and all other assets, real and imaginary, to
the return address above, while we consider which of the dwarfs to sic on
you.
