A gap reel when used properly (in concert with the rest of the rules) =
will get you all the way out, every time!  If you look at accident =
analysis its the divers who don't use gap reels (or spools) that =
eventually don't get all the way out of the caves (e.g. two divers dead =
in Maya Blue, Q.R. Mexico '95).  Visual gapping, or progressive =
penetration is synonymous with the Peter principle. Just my two cents.

P.S. Wasn't there a diving horse or donkey at some pier in New Jersey =
many years ago, or was that just in Dangerfield's "Back to School?"
