In state waters it is not permissible to use a power-head or bang stick (I'm not sure if you know the difference - many people don't) to take game fish - only as a self defence device and if used in that mode one is not allowed to bring fish killed with that device up from uw. Would suggest you don't jump on king george's bandwagon unless you're sure what you're talking about regards tony phillips
