It NEVER merited a public reply, so I EMAILED him a PRIVATE reply, on
Sun, 30 Jun 96 02:11 EDT, in which I said

Jim, this is my ONLY reply to your posted reply to my private mail.
There will be no private reply this time:
YOUR POSTED MY PRIVATE MAIL TO YOU
Your public reply is as worthless as the original two lines. No further
comment necessary than what I had already said in my private reply to you.
If you are going to attach my PRIVATE REPLY, the least you could have done
is to attach the entire mail, and not truncate it at the point you did.
