 I think Rich is saying that we need to cover each others asses. This is only 
true in the water. I for one would like to kick a few instead. I see no benefit 
to holding out on self-enforcing discipline. If we keep these guys alert, they 
will be more thoughtful about the strokery they are propagating. This litle 
trick of certifying the divers prior to the dives is not going to fly, 
especially when the logbooks reveal gross neophytism in the student body at 200 
feet on air.
