Rich, IT'S ALWAYS THE DIVERS FAULT? ARE YOU INSANE? I know a guy who was accidently shot while diving by another diver with a spear gun. It was his fault for being in the water? Is that what you are saying? Wem Remley was at fault for getting his head in the way of the propeller while teaching the dive class? Surely you are not saying there have been no valid tort claims made by divers injured during a dive. Or are you?
