Agreement

I have just recently read KevinGurr's statement on IANTD Trimix Instructors
and wanted to take a moment to confirm his position.

In Canada we are operting under the exact rules that Kevin has laid out in
his statement regarding Instructor Trainers and Trimix Instructors.  The
Trimix Instructor Rating is considered extremely sensitive and is handled as
such.  The qualifications and expereince of these individuals are of the
utmost importance.

IANTD Canada and Canada currently has Four Trimix Instructors. We have many
applications on an ongoing basis but the individuals appliing are under the
assumption that a Trimix Instructor rating is like getting your Openwater
Instructor rating.  Not so.

When we get applications for Trimix Instructor we ask the same questions
Kevin has listed directly to the student and we expect that that applicat
has the correct answers and can back up thier application with acedemic
knowledge and inwater presence.
