It's obvious that you are attacking Island as a competition or that you
have some sort of grudge against Ed Betts. I get fills from Island
Scuba Center all the time.  ANDI has no fill station there and no 
technicians
as Stuart pointed out. That JD worked for Island filling tanks has nothing
to do with ANDI. If JD didn't abide by ANDI procedure - then HE is
wrong, maybe even Island Scuba but not ANDI.

Bob, I for one would like to see these personal attacks curbed. If you
have something informative to add there are a great many people
interested in what you have to say, otherwise it's going to be hard
for many to take you seriously.
