Are you using the same OMS manifold with the detachable handwheel? 
You know, the one with the 3' long cable running from the manifold 
down to a little bulb on the left hand side? 

I have to wonder about any company that manufacturers such horse 
crap, let alone markets it.

"To prevent roll offs". Roll offs are easy to prevent. QUIT HITTING 
THE CEILING.
