Performance has a safety-sausage type gizmo with a durable inflator
but I won't swear it has a pressure relief valve.  The inflator was
designed for an inflator attachment (complete with threaded valve you
can close off to be sure it stays inflated).  I don't have it here or
I'd check :-)  They are relatively inexpensive and roll up very compact
to fit into a BC pocket or clip to a D-ring.  It can be inflated either
orally or via a reg (but not necessarily that easily).
