This sounds like AP Valves at Water-Ma-Tout Industrial Estate, Helston,
Cornwall, England, Tel +44 1326-561040 Fax +44 1326-573605

I have one and would recommend it for medium depths. The flap valve
allows the sausage to be easily inflated and won't empty at the surface.
It is fitted with an over pressure relief valve, so it won't burst.

For deeper dives, especially with a hang for Deco, I don't like wasting
time filling the bouy with air. I use a Deco-boy. This has it's own mini
cylinder and about 60 kg lift. It is made by ADP, 63-65 Twyford Road,
Eastleigh, Hampshire SO50 4ZG England. Tel +44 1703-612144 Fax +44
