Bill and I put our unit togeather for thousands less than what the Atlantis I
is selling for, and I would say it is just as capable.  However the construction
isn't as nice!  The single biggest cost item was the hundreds of Canadian
dollarettes we spent phoning around North America to gather the information 
on how to build one of these things.  Now that we have fully closed O2 and  
a semiclosed mixed gas units we want fully closed mixed gas units!
