Subject: New Subscriber

As suggested in the initial acknowledgement of subscription I received, let
me briefly introduce myself.  I am a sport diver with interest in technical
diving, but little technical experience.  I have about 200 logged dives,
mostly in Northeast.  I am an SSI DiveCon, finishing up PADI Divemaster, and
have the usual bevy of meaningless specialty certs including TDI Nitrox.

My main areas of interest are diving medicine,  physics and physiology.  I am
45 years old and a practicing attorney.  My main practice involves defending
physicians in malpractice suits, therefore the bias towards medical and
scientific aspects of  diving.  I look forward to learning from and maybe
sometime contributing to the list.
