If Erik reads this I'd like a copy. I'd also like to know if there are any public domain simulation programs or comprehensive descriptions of a current day bubble model available that I could inspect ? F.ex, has Hahn's P6 model been published in sufficient detail to build a simulation program without having to guess at the parameters used (which to some extent have been verified by Doppler I assume) ? What parameters are people at the cutting edge of possible decompression profiles research studying right now and are the obserbed data used to build or refine bubble mechanical models ? The reason I ask is this: First, I know nothing about actual bubble models for DCS. Second, the mood here on techdiver regarding actual DCS models seems to be one of pessimism yet a safe diving record for heavy profiles and preplannig indicates that people do use some kind of an algorithm for finding how they can safely return to the surface.
