PGP, or some other authentication method does one thing and one thing only, make sure the message is who is says it is from. It does nothing to limit content, or conversation, or prevent any individual from posting their views. It does nothing to enforce political correctness. Agreed. I haven't been on CIS, and I'm not advocating anything from the CIS "atmosphere" to come over here. But unless you have a hidden agenda against stopping the fakes, you mis-understand PGP.
