I doubt it, but both my regs (SPEC'd Scubapro & Apeks T40D (environmentally
sealed as standard) do the business and feel as good as any unsealed.

If it does, I cant feel it. It boosts *my* performance as Ive got one less
thing (frozen 1st stage) to worry about ....
