Something for the cold water guys:

Does injecting silicone (environmentalizing ?) in the first stage
reduce the performance of the regulator ? (eg. Scubapro-SPEC)
Does it affect the performance differently depending on depth ?
Local divestores seem to unable to answer this one. Maybe because of the 
lack of cold water ?
