Thank you for the very kind words. I've learned so much more from all of 
you than I've contributed. I'm just happy I've had something constructive 
to add. 

I suppose it's the mindset of an operational military doc...our patient's 
are generally not "sick" in the traditional sense. We try to keep them 
that way! One way is to equip them with the information they need.

Old medical adage: "It's hard to improve on an asymptomatic patient!"
