George No one is saying there is anything wrong with your equipment configuration or dive practices. On a project we all agree it is best to be configured in a compatiable manner. In everyday diving and in training there are numerous safe ways of configuring equipment. And with other streamloned configurations, combined with fit divers one can perform eficiently and safely. No one is arguing with you. Don't take it personal when other folks discuss different ways or configurations. One thing I do think is slowly taking place is EVERYONE out there is becoming more aware of streamlined and simple configuration. Some out there are even beginning to agree with you and I on the importance of physcial conditioning if you are going to do tech diving. I think a lot of progress is being made to make all aspects of technical diving safer. Tom Mount
