Nothing else. Consoles are too big and bulky and get in the way. Use a good gauge also, like the UWATEC gauges (the brass one is tits, Sea Elite is the same gauge so are some others). As for on your wrist you have a digitial bottom timer. I personally use a UWATEC timer. I think others use a Beauchat. You don't need to have multiple gauges. For one thing, the cave is pretty much the same depth it was the last time you were there. It might vary a little bit, but not by much. Also your buddy is your backup for the gauge. I also carry a watch, but that's only for the countdown timer during deco so I can be woken from my little naps.
