The reason we do it our way ois S A F E T Y only. Do not try to pretend that convoluted dive gear is safe - it is not, now way , no how. The only independent rig we allow is sidemount. If you think that your way is as safe as ours, tell us why, and leave out the "personal preferance" slop. I will not say another word, but leave this argument for anyone else to finish.
