Hello,
     I use the thinsulate one piece underwear garment
under a CF200. The one-piece underwear does not stretch
but fits snugly and is warm in California waters (49-54F).
The main problem that I have had with the XL size is
difficulty in being able to peel it off over the shoulders,
and trying to urinate with the underwear on and zipper all 
the way down..........it seems the zipper doesn't open
