  What price? What address to order one from? Does it run from a mixture tank,
or from separate tanks of oxygen and diluent?

  Not to dive with!! To fly with, for spotting from the air, to get a man
quickly to where the boat can't to, and many uses that a big craft would carry
a helicopter for, but scaled down, whether the boat is a diving boat or not.
It would have to have two coaxial rotors counter-rotating (= rotating opposite
ways), able when not rotating to dangle down the shaft so they don't catch on
things when he is walking about on the ground or in a boat wearing it.
