What is a panga? The only word `panga' that I know means a big African
jungle-slashing knife (alias machete). I am sorry to be pointed, but please
explain words that people who haven't been there may not know.

What sort and make of rebreather?

One thing that would be very handy for small boats up to inshore fishing boat
size would be a helicopter motor and rotor with a parachute harness for a man
to wear it on his back to fly away from the boat. Such things are possible; I
heard of Bell Helicopters (a USA firm) experimenting with one. It could be
tucked into a small corner among gear, and would be very useful.
