What is a panga? The only word `panga' that I know means a big African jungle-slashing knife (alias machete). I am sorry to be pointed, but please explain words that people who haven't been there may not know. > In the Galapagos ... What sort and make of rebreather? > I don't care if it is flares, dive alerts, sausages, or a portable Jet-Ski - One thing that would be very handy for small boats up to inshore fishing boat size would be a helicopter motor and rotor with a parachute harness for a man to wear it on his back to fly away from the boat. Such things are possible; I heard of Bell Helicopters (a USA firm) experimenting with one. It could be tucked into a small corner among gear, and would be very useful.
