Where are these numbers reported?  In my limited research about 2
years ago I talked to one doctor who had recently published on the
vasoconstrictive effects of hyperbaric oxygen and he refused to
support my hypothesis that there would be a noticable effect on inert
gas exchange due to hyperbaric O2. 

I'd love to read some report(s) which present more details of these
effects, if you have any references.
