My understanding of what it takes to be a diver at Wakulla is you pay the park entrance, and have to be certified. Now you're a diver at wakulla. Now if you meant actually diving Wakulla, or helping out with the real "Wakulla Project", that would be the WKPP, the Woodville Karst Plain Project. In order to become a member you must show a desire to help out with the team and do things the right way. It's not joining the olympic diving team, and you can't just show up and say "I'm here to help, my doubles are filled, let me dive the cave" because that doesn't happen either.
