The main reason I haven't replied in more detail is that I don't know 
where to begin - specific questions would be useful.  Unfortunately, I 
leave for the airport in a few minutes, so I don't have time to get 
involved.  I'll be unsubscribing from techdiver while I'm gone, so I 
guess I'll miss it...

My only general contribution would be "Cover your ass." ("Cover your 
arse." for you third-world types).
