interesting and SUGGESTIVE as this is, there is still a world of difference
between showing the effects of a DEFICIENCY and proving the effects of
supplementing beyond the required minimum
(again, i'm someone who believes strongly in supplementation and who takes
a ton of supplements....but i KNOW its based largely on anecdotal
evidence.)
