Then how near are we to having a reliable safe medication to suppress oxygen
toxicity in humans enough to let them routinely dive safely to say 166 feet =
50 meters = 6 bars on an oxygen rebreather? That would eliminate a LOT of
extra bulk and complication and design problems and maintenance problems in
breathing sets, and diluent bends hazard and decompression nuisance etc.
