Scott, the "liability" comes when you do dumb things like Mouth does, like
teaching while on a rebreather, or trying to dive to 300 feet in a trimix
class like the dive that killed Jane Ornstein, or diving with no safety
divers, no mate, no crew, no ball , and so forth in the Andre killings, or
other such stupidity. I have taught plenty of people to trimix dive. The key
is not to charge them, and to DIR.
