Scott, half of the divers in Mexico have been drooling over that stupid Pit for years, and as you know I personally avoid deep bounce diving since even a monkee could do it, but this was too much to resist - the potential to get so many pairs of panties in a wad in one shot was more than Trout and I could resist, so we went there as part of another fun diving trip we were doing. After the dive, I saw the Trout take off his hundreds and write "3500 psi" on the tape . A stage bottle to do what it takes the strokes many bottles and rebreathers to do and many days of Charlie Foxtrotting. Trout and I just cruised in and had a nice little dive, and even had a few laughs when we got totally silted out from the ceiling at 350. I was trying to find Trout, and could not even see his glow, but could feel him and hear his breathing. I reached out and tried to grab him to pull him towards me, since I had the line held in one hand ( he was cutting it from his rel and tying off), and I pulled his mask off. He thought I was just goofing on him. There are several leagues of diving. We do not recognize the screwups and the slobs who lie about their dives, and who constantly claim they did what they did not, and who continue with the officious , "step aside for the expert " attitude that I hate in cave divers. That is why I love to make fun of them. Jil Henierth is the worst of a bad lot of liars and is a disgrace to the sport and is setting the worst possible example, and will continue to hear from the WKPP so long as she continues to lie . Nobody on here , no matter how much they dislike me, can tell me with a straght face that it is OK for Jill to lie about the dives at Wakula and to claim "records" that she does not have. Can anyone jusjify that to me?
