We HAVEN'T heard how the bottle was marked when it went into the shop. We HAVEN'T heard whether it was marked appropriately for "hot mix" or not. Tom, for the love of Christ, this was a fatality looking for a place to happen. It is going to happen again, and there may not be an instructor around to make the save next time.
