Leaked on first dive.

Why would motor be rewound for a leak. Motor was never rewound.
I am now requesting this be done because it is so slow.

If Curt charged for a rewound motor you guys need to take it up
with him. This motor was not rewound (maybe cleaned up but
definitly not rewound).

Really don't care what happens between John and Curt that
is where John wanted it sent to.

Curt said that the only thing John authorized was that the window in
the center section be glued. That John went against Curt's suggestion
that the center needed to be replaced.

So now its a matter of me the consumer's word up to question.
I don't think so and now am really pissed off. It was John's
word that this scooter was fine... It wasn't.

Taken John at his word the first time around that it would be fixed by his
contact
I went with that. I originally wanted to take it to Barry Miller and John
wanted it
taken to Curt so I went with John's wishes. I have never met Curt prior to
dropping this piece of shit off to him the sceond time it failed. Remember
this was where John wanted it sent to.

From here on it is mine because I am paying to have the leaked fixed and motor
rewound. As I said the moter was not rewound and Curt never mentioned to me
that it was. He said cleaned the engine compartment and glued
the window in the center section.

What is this a joke what the hell do you think I'am doing
questioning everything. The first dive after the repair it leaked in the
engine AGAIN...

> The scooter was taken complete apart to repair it and

Guess you need to talk to Curt about that as that is where John wanted
it sent to. So John can take his ummm to Curt. As far as I am
concerned I received a scooter that leaked in the engine. After phone
calls to John I was told that he specifically wanted it taken to Curt
(I wanted it to go to Barry). Curt did whatever he did, he told me he
glued the window no mention of a motor rewind. He said that John
went against his suggestion that the center be replaced. After finding
the engine flooded again I called Curt and took it to him as it is my
understanding that he warranties his work for life so I figured that
this leak should be fixed correctly. Then he tells me he cannot warranty
the window if he has to glue it again.

So staus is I am now ordering a new section. Having the motor rewound
(boy you guys got taken on that one) and having aluminum blades put
on. I think John needs to talk to Curt about that rewound motor bill.
Gee I still can't figure out what fixing a leak has to do with rewinding
a motor.

And if John had answered my mail to start with he would of know the
truth about the motor. Just like he is absent now.

Don't email me with your half truths and assumptions I really
don't care what you think. It all happened as stated above so
perhaps you guys need to talk to Curt.

Is this typical for you guys??? Sell gear and if it is ^#%# up blame
it on the consumer well is it.

And if Curt told you a new center cost $150 why did he tell me $250???
