If Kurt charged $450 to glue the center window then that is between John and Kurt. Kurt said that was all John authorized instead of paying for a new center piece. The unit leaked in the engine compartment every dive it has ever been on (3 to date). He promised to ensure a working unit it has failed every time. When I dropped it back with Kurt it was because the unit still leaked. In addition to fixing the leak I asked for modifications to be made after the %$#^ leak is fixed. The modifications are purly my own and has nothing to do with the original problem. As for 3 dives 3 leaks you can confirm this with Brent Booth. The modifications are an aluminum blade and rewound motor as it is slow as %$#@. I emailed John he never responded and he told Kurt he would call. He never did. As far as anybody offering Money back this is the first I heard of this no one as talked to me even after I emailed John. As far as I am concerned LESSON learned I will personally take the monetary hit and ensure a proper working scooter (after all my life may depend on it). My next scooter will be a Gavin from George. My complaint with John was the lack of response when the scooter still failed. Ray
