The eye in the plastic wears sometimes and allows them to wobble - change them out. Also, the yoke with the fingers will allow the blades to pitch flater frio any given setting as well. The flex of the blades actually works in your favor in many situations, as it pulls the tips away from the shroud's narrowest pooint. Water will not compress, and items passing through the blades and shroud are best not trapped between the two, or then the shear pin is risked as mentioned in the other post.
