The short answer is that while most will let you dive your Nitrox NDLs on 
a single 80 (because you'll more likely than not be gas limited) none of 
the mainstream charter operations will let you dive this plan with 
doubles without a lot of flack.  Ocean Divers has regularly scheduled 
nitrox trips to the Bibb and Duane, but I've never seen a set of doubles 
on their boats. Silent World, a smaller operation, is more flexible, as 
is Scuba Du, a six-pack operation right next door to Ocean Divers.  If 
you're bringing four divers, I would contact Scuba Du and see if they can 
accommodate you.

Otherwise, I agree with Wally -- you should do a private charter with 
Jeff Wingate and Wreck Diver Ventures. Jeff's a great guy and you can 
then dive and deco to your heart's content.  Even with 4 divers, I'd give 
him a call -- you might be able to split the boat with another group. If 
Jeff's not available, I'd also try Lady Lureign charters. Let me know if 
you need their number.
