oh you are so right "jammer"
i don't take the time to correct my grammer when i type responses to people
who are
obviously afraid to let anyone know who they actually are.
you unfortunatly place yourself in the position of taking half comments or
comments that anyone with a 1/2 brain (which i mistakenly thought you had)
can see were not ment as a dirogetory comment to the customer but to the
recipient(such as yourself ,cobb or billy). but of course in your snied way
you know that.
your sly comments about the way our crew handels people is totaly unfounded &
it seems to me that you have no place better than this forum to hide yourself
from the realities & spit venum & inuendos whenever you can.
BTW i don't need qoutes around a title that i have earned.

hank, you're wrong. I have several clues. I have posts from one of your
crewmembers, who claims that he speaks for the company, and I have posts
from one of the "captains", who backed him up, and reiterated that
customers are assholes.
Now I have your semi-literate droppings, which say the same thing.
It's quite olbvious to me what you idiots think of customers, and I
shudder to think of diving off a "dive boat" that thinks I'm an asshole.
This "boat" has been in business for some time, so the market has spoken-
they are doing something right.
If they changed their attitude towards customers, they could do better.
You are, however, content with your current level of success, so be it.
We're just going to have to live with the results, I without the "boat",
and you without the income.
