Apologies to all I may have offended by passing this "petition" through email. The basic idea sounded good to me, and I believe that only by demonstrating that there is concern beyond that voiced by the equipment manufacturers can a reasonable comprimise be reached. I can certainly see why the "instruction" asked that the person who distributed the original message have their header information deleted. (and I thought it was to avoid clutter in the message) Anyway, aplogies to those I may have offended.
