Jackie,

We have been found them at the library in the Mariners Museum (Newport
News, Va) and the National Archives. I personally have seen the Doria, but
not the Clark, although I dive it. Don't look for the bell as Karen Flynn
has it, but it says "Victolite" which is the name you will have to look up
to find the deck plans. It was later changed to the EM Clark. 
The Steam Ship Historical Socity may be another good place, although I have
never used them. It helps to go to the library in person and sometimes is
the only way.
