I know some of us get off on talking like this, but have you ever been on a dive with a fatality? Sort of gets your attention even if you are the most cold blooded Darwinist imaginable, even if they weren't using your mix. Besides, a fatality can end diving for the day, however well, in your eyes, it migth be deserved - to say nothing of the irritation of waiting around for the authorities, tanks seized as evidence, giving statements, lawsuits - meritous or otherwise - from next of kin who just don't understand their kin deserved to die. It's interesting, that in one widely discussed of case of misuse of tanks containing mix, the users were students, who were told to use the wrong tanks by an instructor (because the tanks he has supplied were mislabeled too, making the mixup an easy one).
