(Apologies if I posted this before, and anyone responded and I didn't see
it - I seem to get unsubscribed to this list about every week)

Can anyone recall the name and detail of that revolutionary or 1812 British
Frigate that was "salved" somewhere on the east coast ten or so years ago,
then ditched when no treasure was found, and no one came forward with money
for preservation.
The whole fiasco created quite an outrage, and was reponsible for the
writing of many new laws regarding shipwrecks, and there was, I think, a
whole book about the affair.
