Same here, on the Niagara Peninsula. Besides with all this rain lately the
rivers are totally silted.
I don't mind, low vis, I don't mind cold temps, however I don't like low
vis AND cold temps.   
Round here conditions start to become divable early-mid April, still 2
months to go.
