Ramio,

	I don't think I'm following you.  If someones fills their tank 
with 32 at your shop and then uses it.  Then they come back for an air fill 
in the same tank after not filling it anywhere else, you won't fill it.  
I don't understand, is this a liability thing because say they fill it at  
another shop that is not O2 compatible and there is an accident, you may 
be held liabile.  Also, say they did contaminate their tank, you won't 
fill it with air but you will with 23%.  I would think that this would be 
more dangerous to you than filling it with air.  Is this another liablity 
thing.  I think I got confused on your post!
