If it does not they should be able to check with the shop that filled it and see if it was O2 clean air. If they cannot find out then the tank shpuld be O2 cleaned before returning to service. This is one reason that nitrox fill stations keep a log of fills including tank pressure FO2 and tank serial numbers.
