Can someone explain the compressor rating system to me? I know what
they test for, but what is N-grade compared to E-grade and so on. Which is
the best and worse? I assume that N-grade is the best?
Also what is wrong with filling a Nitrox tank with air as long as it
is filled with the acceptable rated compressor at a nitrox station. After
all, they put air on top of the pure O2. I was taught it was OK to dive
air from a nitrox tank as long as it was filled at a nitrox station.
What is the general rule everywhere else, I know many people that do this
here in Hawaii.

Aloha,
Tony
