No idea.

Large but possible.

This is a possible method, if enough power is available. There are ozone
generators on the market, that first concentrates oxygene from the air
and then transforms it into ozone. You should be able to pump the oxygen
into tanks, but I have no idea about its purity. Maybe it is only a rich
Nitrox.
